At Commonsense, we know that you want your children to eat a natural, wholesome diet while still ensuring they eat what’s in their lunchbox. And you might even want to add a little treat for them each day without adding too much sugar or additives to their diet.

We’re sure you know the main staple of what your child will eat, so here’s some extra, simple and wholesome snacks to add to their lunchbox.

Little Dippers!

Perfect for lunchboxes - Why not cut up some Carrots, Capsicums and Cucumbers and add a little pot of hummus or veg-dip to their lunchbox. For an extra hit of protein and fibre, add some Superseed Crackers which are high fibre, high protein, low carbs, Gluten-free and are made with some certified organic ingredients.

Dried Fruit and Nuts

These can be a great source of protein, healthy fats and fibre for your little one. A handful of nuts and raisins can be a convenient and easy snack for them at breaktime and will ensure they have enough energy to get the most out of their playtime!

Ceres banana chips

As an alternative to generic potato chips, these dried banana chips are certified organic and contain only banana, coconut oil, coconut sugar and honey! They’re a sweet treat without any nasty ingredients.
