This super simple recipe is the perfect home-made gift idea. It's quick, easy, and endlessly adaptable!
You will need:
- 1 X 200g bar of Trade Aid Classic Dark Chocolate
- 100g soft dried Viberi blackcurrants
- Approx. 40g almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 TB desiccated coconut (optional)
To make, simply melt the chocolate over a bain marie (a bowl placed over hot water). Spread the melted chocolate onto a baking paper lined tray.
While the chocolate is still liquid, evenly sprinkle with the almonds, blackcurrants and coconut or your own choice of topping!
Place in the fridge for no less than an hour to set.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
You can try this out with your favourite combinations too - try freeze-dried raspberries, seeds or dried flowers!
