Ceres Organics Millet Cereal Ground is considered to be one of the least allergenic and most digestible grains available. Millet is one of the oldest foods known to man and is highly nutritious and naturally gluten-free. Millet is tasty with a mildly sweet, nut-like flavour.

To Prepare: Mix together 1/2 cup of Millet Cereal and 1 1/4 cups water in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Vary amount of water for desired consistency - more to thin and less to thicken. Add salt or honey and dried fruits, nuts and spices as desired.
