Mushrooms are a good addition to many dishes. Their sponge flesh soaks up the essence of what they are cooked in and they are a rich source of glutamic acid which enhances flavour. Mushrooms have no sugar, very little cabohydrates, and many vitamins and minerals. We cannot get organic mushrooms so stock non organic at the request of our customers.
