French green lentils from Canada. French green, or Puy lentils, have a great flavour and are popular in France. They keep their shape when cooking. Lentils are mineral rich and easily digested. 1 cup lentils: 1.5 cups water - simmer 30-45min.
All bulk products will be sent to you in a paper bag, secured with a piece of tape. Please make a note in your order if you do not want cellotape used.
