Coconut Flour is made from organic coconut flesh dried and ground up. Coconut flour is rich in dietary fibre and a good source of protein. Add to smoothies and desserts or use as a starch-free thickening agent. Makes a good gluten free flour (recipe dependent) and nutrient-rich substitute for other flours too.
