Brazil nuts from Peru/ Brazil. Brazil nuts are great raw in muesli, salads or savoury dishes. They're high in nutrient-rich oil, so buy in small amounts and keep in the fridge or freezer. NZ soils are low in selenium so 2 or 3 brazil nuts per day can be a good supplement to a NZ diet.

All bulk products will be sent to you in a paper bag, secured with a piece of tape. Please make a note in your order if you do not want cellotape used.
