Thoroughbread Sourdough Bread is non organic but free from gluten, dairy and yeast. It contains freshly ground brown rice, tapioca, rice flour, egg, honey, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, xanthan gum, citric acid.

We receive Thoroughbread to our Te Aro store on a Sunday and Wednesday, it is best to aim for a Monday or Friday delivery if you would like this in your order.
