A sourdough fruit loaf that is loaded with generous amounts of organic apricots, figs, dates, sultanas, golden sultanas, raisins and cranberries. All the fruit is sulphite free.

The loaf is slowly fermented over 2 days giving it an amazing sourdough flavour and a moist texture. Made with an NZ organic rye preferment and 100% NZ fresh stoneground organic flour.

This is a medium sized loaf that will keep for about 4-5 days.
