Crafty Weka Bars are packed with peanuts, oats and nutrient rich seeds and have a good blend of low, medium and high GI carbohydrates for sustained energy.
They only contain natural sugars, fruit, coconut sugar and use honey as the main sweetener. This provides fast-acting glucose for get-up-and-go, and slower absorbed fructose for improved performance. Honey is also a natural preservative which keeps your Crafty Weka Bar at peak freshness.
