Avocado can be cut into a salad, spread onto bread or crackers, or when ripe made into guacamole. It is best to store avocado at room temperature (though refrigerating can slow ripening process). Lemon juice helps stop cut avocado from turning brown. Natural source of lecithin, and has a balanced pH so is easily digested with a good iron and copper content.
