The heart of the Communications Co-ordinator role is communicating with our communities and customers and helping us to reach new ones. If you are successful in this role your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating, curating and delivering content to our social media accounts, blog, newsletter and website, as well as monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the success of this content and the marketing and communications campaigns it supports, using data-driven insights and analytics to improve our business. You will also be keeping our staff up to speed with what’s happening throughout the company through visits, internal social media and the staff newsletter.

You are a natural, instinctive and highly effective communicator, in real life as well as online. Based in our Wellington Head Office you’ll be equally comfortable picking up the phone or visiting a store as interacting with people online – and you’ll be willing and able to share this knowledge with our staff, suppliers and partners.

Previous experience running or curating successful website or social media accounts is desirable, and we welcome relevant site links and image portfolios with your application.

You will be responsible for the Commonsense Organics voice and brand personality online, so your writing persona will be of paramount importance in this role, coupled with a creative sense of style.

This is a 5 day/25 hour a week position, based in the Commonsense Organics head office.
