White Jasmine rice is a long grained rice originating from Thailand. Very versatile, can be used in most dishes. 1 cup jasmine rice: 2 cups water - bring to the boil, simmer 25-45min. Turn off heat, let sit for 15min. Contains 4 grams of protein per average serve.
