White spelt flour from Germany. Spelt, which is also known as dinkel, is an ancient grain and is a relative of wheat. Spelt contains gluten, but the proteins are in a different form from those in wheat, so it can sometimes be tolerated by people on a wheat free diet. Use this spelt flour the same way as high grade flour. Spelt is high in protein, fat and fibre. 

All bulk products will be sent to you in a paper bag, secured with a piece of tape. Please make a note in your order if you do not want cellotape used.
