Cashews are a popular snack in their roasted and unroasted forms. They can be added to curries, salads and Asian dishes, and make a great base ingredient for grain-free slices, cakes and treats. They are processed using heat (even the unroasted ones), so cannot be considered a raw food.

All bulk products will be sent to you in a paper bag, secured with a piece of tape. Please make a note in your order if you do not want cellotape used.
