Aoraki Oak Roasted Salmon is Chinook salmon which is farmed in the glacial waters of the Aoraki/Mt Cook region. It is smoked using a traditional Scottish recipe, producing a flaky texture infused with an sweet roasted flavour. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Low Sugar, Made in New Zealand
