Seaweeds have been praised throughout history for their nourishing properties & medicinal uses. In the kitchen, sea vegetables open a new world of flavours & textures. An easy way to consume them in the winter is as an ingredient in soups.
In this workshop Louise from Pacific Harvest will prepare 3 delicious soups featuring different seaweeds. While showing the preparation steps for each dish, she will explain each seaweed medicinal & culinary properties. Participants will be able to taste each soup and sample a couple more which will have been prepared ahead.
