WORKSHOP: Overcoming Allergies

Do you suffer from food sensitivities, fatigue or a general lack of well-being? Learn some basic principles to help overcome these challenges and give you more energy. This class will introduce new ways of thinking about food and illustrate how a healing protocol can be implemented.
An effective eczema diet will also be discussed with practical suggestions made for applying it.

All recipes are gluten and dairy free. Enjoy organic wine and snacks during the workshop.

Cost $35, includes tastings, full notes and some cultured vegetables to take home.
