Join us for a fun exploration of these delicious probiotic foods. Cultured vegetables help build your gut's friendly bacteria; these beneficial microflora boost energy levels, support your immunity, digestion and control sugar cravings. 

Nicola will demonstrate how to make cultured vegetables and give suggestions for incorporating them into your day. 
You will come away with all the tools and know-how to make your own at home.

Tickets $35. Includes a tasting of Dill-icious Beetroot and Sauerkraut with ginger. Full notes, organic drinks and an Italian glass jar are provided.
