Harissa Dressing Recipe

5 March 2014

Harissa is a richly flavoured chilli paste popular in Tunisia, Libya and Algeria.  This harissa dressing recipe is based on the classic, lively flavour combinations found in these cuisines and goes wonderfully with salads, on cooked rice and vegetables, or as a meat marinade.
